Christmas Celebration
We're planning something special this year for our Christmas Eve (Thursday, December 24) celebration. Stay tuned for more information!

Christmas Outreach
As we celebrate our Messiah's birth together, we want to see that Good News spreading through the world. This year, we're setting up two easy ways to do just that. Send one of our global partners a letter from your family, or give a practical gift to Gospel workers in Nepal or Indonesia, through our Christmas Hope Tree partnership. Learn more.

Women's Christmas Dessert (online-only)
Join us Friday December 4 at 7:00pm on Facebook, YouTube, or right here on our website. Due to the most recent statewide restrictions, the in-home gathering portion of this event has been cancelled. If you were going to host a group in your home, you can share the information about the special video premier with your guests. Learn more.

Women's Bible Studies
Beginning January, a number of women in the church will be offering four options for Women's Bible Studies at various times and locations! Learn more at fbchurch.org/women.

Class for 2-Year-Olds Opening
We will be opening up a classroom for your 2-year-old toddlers this Sunday, November 29.

Jesus Rebukes the Pharisees

Passage: Matthew 12:22–37

Principle: The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus Christ.

Praise: “Praise the Name of Jesus”

Prompt: Ask your child these questions:

  • What does it mean to blaspheme the Holy Spirit?
  • What does the illustration of the tree and its fruit reveal about the heart of man?

Practice: Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:

  • By examining his heart.
  • By responding to the Holy Spirit’s revelation about Jesus Christ.

This Week: As a family, read selected portions of Matthew 11:20–30.

Next Week: Matthew 13:1–23

Leadership
A team of elders leads Faith Bible Church under the leadership of Christ and His Word. These are men who have been deemed to be qualified to serve in this way according to the qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. Each man is uniquely gifted by God to serve in this leadership position, and serves according to his ability in "overseeing" a part of the church at FBC.
