Facilities Assistant 

The primary function of this position is to provide assistance to the Facilities Manager in the care and management of the church property for the purposes of the ministry of Faith Bible Church. 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following under the supervision of the Facilities Manager:

1. Participate in facilities and grounds work at approximately 20-22 hours/week as presented here. There is some flexibility in the hours, and it could become full-time at a later date if it works well for both the employee and Faith Bible Church.
2. Participate in pertinent facilities, administrative, and all-staff meetings as requested.
3. Participate in care and maintenance of church property in activities such as mowing, weeding, painting, small construction projects, equipment maintenance and repairs, and communicating/coordinating with contractors and/or service providers to do specified tasks.
4. Maintain and develop appropriate volunteer ministry involvement under the oversight and shepherding of the board of elders of Faith Bible Church.

Pay range: Approximately $20-24/hour, and can be higher depending on experience
