Main Idea: Delight in your God and King and declare His greatness to the next generation!

  1. Delight in your God and King
    • Psalm 145:1-3
  2. Declare God’s greatness to the next generation
    • Psalm 145:4-7 Declare His great acts and deeds
    • Psalm 145:8-9 Declare that He is gracious, merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love
    • Psalm 145:10-13a Declare His glorious and everlasting Kingdom
    • Psalm 145:13b-20 Declare His care for all of who look to Him
    • Psalm 145:21 Let everyone declare His praise forever and ever!

 

Implications

  • Meditate on God and His greatness; taste and see that He is good; delight in Him!
  • Tell your kids, your grandkids, your roommates, your friends, everyone about God’s greatness!
  • Tell new and old Christians and unbelievers how great God is!
  • Sing together about God’s greatness! Make a really big deal about Him!
  • Serve in children’s ministry, youth, college, family ministry, and be hospitable! Invite people into your life so that you can declare God’s greatness to them!
