We are thankful to God for what He did at UGM Camp, and to the volunteers and to all of you who prayed!
God worked through dozens of youth and adults from Faith who served at camp on July 15–19. We had 58 kids from Willard Elementary and other schools who were shown the love of Christ and heard the gospel by attending a free week of camp. About two-thirds of them were very open to the gospel and seemed interested in us helping them follow Jesus.
This outreach was made possible by a variety of people serving together with the kids and behind the scenes: teachers, leaders, counselors, music team, kitchen crew, work crew, and others. We had 26 cabin leaders and 14 work crew who had great attitudes and unity and were very faithful. Our work crew also served the camp facility by doing some maintenance work.
Please pray for the gospel seeds sown at camp to take root. Pray for follow-up opportunities and for many of the campers to start coming to Faith with their families.
