Main Idea: Be certain that Jesus is the Savior of the world and listen to Him!

Luke 9:28-36

Listen to Jesus because…

  1. He prays to God
    • Luke 9:28-29 – “face is changed, clothes are dazzling white”
  2. He speaks for God
    • Luke 9:30 – “Moses”
    • Deuteronomy 18:15-19
    • Acts 3:17-26
  3. He saves as God
    • Luke 9:30-31 – “Elijah, Exodus”
    • Luke 1:17
    • Malachi 4:5-6
  4. He is the King of Kings!
    • Luke 9:35 – “This is My Son, My Chosen One, listen to Him!”

  

Implications:

  • You can be certain that Jesus is the Savior of the World (Luke 1:4)!
  • Listen to what Jesus has spoken through the entire New Testament (2 Peter 1:18-21)!
