Become a Faith Bible Church member if you are not already.
Actively participate in a church ministry and/or Growth Group.
Participate in monthly Aspiring Men meetings, September through June, that include training, communicating God’s Word, and book discussion.
Read assigned books and participate in discussion during Aspiring Men meetings.
Attend elders meetings at least twice yearly.
Form a mentor team and meet three times each year for evaluation and encouragement related to pastoral ministry growth.
