The Story of Joseph and his brothers shows us how God can intend evil for good. “As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.” Genesis 50:20. God is never be to blamed for evil. God's character is good, and never acts against his character. God hates evil. God never coerces us to do evil. And yet he sovereignly ordained that evil would exist in this world. (References to Psalm 5:4, James 1:13-15, James 1:17, Hebrews 13:8, Psalm 119:68, Acts 2:22-23, Acts 4:27-28.) Includes a Q&A time at the end of the sermon.
